Our A/C unit broke and Jacob provided exceptional service. He diagnosed our issue. The part we needed had to be ordered and was going to take awhile to come in. But he called local stores and found the part close by. He sent someone to get it and came the next day to install it. Just to keep us from suffering in the heat. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround!!!!!

Jacob with Wright Mechanical was excellent. My AC went out during a hot stretch, and after booking the appointment, he came out promptly the very next morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor and had the system back up and running. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained what was going on without trying to overcomplicate it. He also installed and programmed my new Ecobee thermostat, made sure everything was working correctly, and followed up afterward to check that my family was cool and comfortable. That kind of service matters. I also want to recognize the receptionist/customer service team. From the first call, they were professional, helpful, and made the process easy during a stressful situation. I really appreciate the responsiveness, honesty, and quality of work from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Jacob and Wright Mechanical to anyone needing HVAC service. Great experience all around.

Jacob came to my business to provide a quote and demonstrated first hand that honesty is still an essential part of customer service. He assessed my situation and came up with alternate / cost effective solutions. Jacob came to my home on Friday, July 3, 2026, to inspect my split-system AC heat pump. He thoroughly evaluated the system, took pictures, and explained how the company handles the permit application process. He also reviewed the warranty, explained the benefits of installing a new system, and provided me with a first responder discount. What really stood out was his outstanding customer service. He came out over the July 4th holiday weekend when no other companies had anyone available. After the visit, Jacob took the time to follow up with my wife, who was at work during the appointment, and patiently explained everything to her as well. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood our options. I highly recommend Jacob and his company.

Stacey was great! Professional and thorough. We had a leak in one of our convectors and Stacey took care of it. He also checked the other 2 to make sure they didn't have the same problem.
