Wright Mechanical Services is a family-owned HVAC company serving Southern Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia since 2004. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean work, understands proper installation practices, and can confidently handle a variety of residential and light commercial systems.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Heat pump systems
• Gas furnaces
• Water source heat pumps
• Mini split systems
• Communicating / inverter-driven systems
• Minor ductwork modifications and transitions
• Equipment changeouts and new installs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems
• Knowledge of ductwork layout and airflow principles
• Ability to troubleshoot installation-related issues in the field
• Familiarity with communicating controls and modern HVAC technology
• Clean and professional workmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and with a helper/team

Preferred Experience

• Split system installation experience
• Mini split commissioning
• Water source heat pump experience
• Brazing, vacuum, charging, and startup procedures
• Reading wiring diagrams and install manuals

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician who’s ready to take ownership of their craft and be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.

What You'll Do:

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Deliver clean, professional work that you can stand behind

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience in HVAC service and repair—especially in commercial settings
• Ability to work independently, diagnose issues, and offer real solutions
• EPA (CFC) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication and reliability are musts
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
