Meet the Owner: Tom Wright
Born and raised in Charles County, Tom Wright has been in the HVAC trade since 1986. In 2004, with four young kids and a wife to provide for, he started this business out of the basement of his home. What began as a one-man operation has grown into a reputable, family-owned company with an office and a team of over 50 employees, serving communities across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
From day one, Tom built the company on the foundation of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to quality service. Being family-owned isn’t just a label—it’s the way we do business. That family tradition continues today, with two of Tom’s sons, Nick and Wes, working alongside him to help lead the company into the future. Together, they ensure that the same values the company was founded on remain at the core of everything they do.
Even as the business has grown, it remains true to its roots. Tom takes great pride in the reputation the company has built, knowing that its success comes from the trust and support of the community.
